We wanted to make the best ice cream using really lovely ingredients – locally sourced where possible – our milk for example (the biggest ingredient in our ice cream and some might say the most important) comes from a small local pedigree herd of Guernsey cows that produce luxuriously creamy milk. The farm’s milk is also used to produce the renowned cheese ‘Suffolk Gold’.  Suffolk Farmhouse Cheeses

We use the best ingredients we can find to flavour our ice cream – our thinking is simple – if you put delicious quality ingredients into your ice cream then the results should speak for themselves. Our Strawberry recipe uses locally grown, Norfolk Strawberries and our Chocolate recipe uses luxury Belgian chocolate with a 96% cocoa content. The flagship Vanilla is made with the finest bourbon vanilla extract and our Honeycomb flavour has honeycomb melted intoGuernsey cows and fresh strawberries the ice cream mix and also contains lovely crunchy chunks of Honeycomb.
